Who am I?

Welcome to Who Am I Quiz #8… the quicker you can get the answer then the more points you get.

  1. I was born in June 1964 in New York, as a child I lived in New York City, London and Brussels before attending boarding school in England. (5 Points)
  2. I won a scholarship to Eton College and following this I studied Classics at Oxford where I was elected President of the Oxford Union from 1986-89. (4 Points)
  3. After college I embarked on a career in journalism, I was fired from my first job at ‘The Times’ in 1987 for fabricating a quotation, after this I went to work for ‘The Daily Telegraph’ then ‘The Spectator’ where I was named editor in 1999. (3 Points)
  4. I was selected as the Conservative Party Candidate for Clwyd-South in 1997 but lost heavily to Labour. In 2008 I won a narrow victory against Ken Livingstone to become the Mayor of London before returning to to Parliament in 2015. (2 Points)
  5. I was elected Prime Minister in 2019 but unfortunately had to step down in 2022 because I liked to ‘Party’ a bit too much. (1 Point)
